The Grand Teton Music Festival hosts a smaller, more intimate, wine auction in odd-numbered years and a larger auction in even-numbered years. The last two auctions together raised more than a million dollars. This year there will be a pre-auction Champagne tasting where guests will ride a gondola about 10,000 feet up to the Couloir restaurant and sip five Champagnes paired with food (you can take a glass with you on the ride). Auction lots include trips, cases of Bordeaux from 1988-1990, imperials of Torbreck wines and an Imperial of the 2002 Shafer Hillside Select. Tickets at gtmf.org.
