FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
The Grand Teton Music Festival has a year-round, full-time, salaried staff of 14 professionals, is an EOE, and offers a competetive benefit package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and a generous paid time off schedule.
Finance Associate
The Finance Associate lends support to the Director of Finance and handles office management for the Festival administrative offices. Duties include, but are not limited to, generating monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow projections, reconciling financial transactions between departments, managing relationship with assigned Board committees including meeting minutes and general correspondence.
The ideal candidate has a background in finance with strong verbal and written communication skills, is highly organized and personable. Must have a good working knowledge of accounting software, payables, receivables, payroll, budget, audit, management skills and general accounting standards. Should be able to prioritize projects, meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure. A non-profit background is helpful. Proficiency in M.Y.O.B. and FileMaker Pro desired.
Marketing Associate & Ticket Office Manager
The Marketing Associate lends support to the Director of Marketing and manages all aspects of customer service, including supervision of Ticket Office personnel and the volunteer Usher Corps. This person is responsible for the programming, maintenance, and financial reconciliation of the Festival’s ticketing system, website, and e-marketing initiatives. This position works as a member of the Marketing team with the Graphic Artist and Director of Marketing and will begin training alongside the current Marketing Associate & Ticket Office Manager this summer.
The ideal candidate had a background in marketing or sales, strong verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized with a customer-focused attitude. Must have a good working knowledge of web-based marketing strategies and web programming skills. Should be able to prioritize projects, meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure. Knowledge of classical music a plus. Proficiency in FileMaker Pro or related database desired.
Basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office, are required for all full-time positions.
