GRAND TETON MUSIC FESTIVAL PRESENTS BRAVO BROADWAY! WEDNESDAY AUGUST 14 AT 8 P.M.

JACKSON HOLE, WYOMING – August 12, 2013 – Grand Teton Music Festival presents Bravo Broadway! Wednesday, August 14 at 8 p.m. at Walk Festival Hall in Teton Village. Performers include vocalists: Doug LaBrecque, original cast member of “Showboat,” Tony-Award winner Debbie Gravitte, Helen Hayes Award recipient Christiane Noll and pianist Robert Felstein, music director of the world’s longest running musical, The Fantasticks.

“I’ve sung in almost every state in America, but this will be my debut in Wyoming,” said Doug LaBrecque, who recently made his Carnegie Hall debut as a soloist with the New York Pops in the same season he debuted with The Boston Pops.

The program will include accompanists Richard Brown, percussion and Wilbur “Skip” Edwards, bass. Music from Broadway favorites such as Cole Porter, George and Ira Gershwin, Marc Shaiman, John Kander and Fred Ebb, Stephen Schwartz and Irving Berlin, among many others, will fill Walk Festival Hall.

Bravo Broadway! appears as a part of the Festival’s Spotlight series, which presents individual artists and groups that perform everything from jazz and classical crossover to Broadway hits, big band sounds, flamenco and more.

Tickets for the Bravo Broadway performance on August 14 are $40 for adults and $10 for students. Locals’ rush tickets are available 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert for residents with a valid Wyoming or Idaho I.D.
