Festival favorite Sarah Chang makes a dazzling return to the Teton stage with Max Bruch’s lushly romantic G-minor Violin Concerto.
Not one, but two of the greatest Mozart symphonies bookend this concert’s virtuosic core. First, the brooding G-minor Symphony, prophetic of full-blooded Romanticism, and to conclude, his radiant “Jupiter” Symphony—its witty counterpoint and powerful exuberance make the composer’s final symphony a revolutionary offering to the musical world.
