Q:
When is your box office open?
A:

The box office is located on the Northeast corner of Walk Festival Hall and is open for business seasonally. To visit us at other times of the year, please come to our Administrative Offices located in the Aspens above the Westside Store and Deli. Our ticketing staff are available to assist you with your ticketing needs.

WINTER
Open 5pm – Intermission concert evenings only

SUMMER
Open June – August, 10am – 5pm daily and through intermission on concert evenings.

Open at 9am on Open Rehearsal Fridays.

Where is Walk Festival Hall located?
A:

Walk Festival Hall is located in the heart of Teton Village, Wyoming.

Where should I park?
A:

Teton Village offers a few different parking options. Located at the base of the mountain is the Village Parking Lot and located near Teton Mountain Lodge is the Cody Lot. Both offer easy access to Walk Festival Hall.

Also, consider taking the START Bus, which runs nightly with a drop off location at the base of Walk Festival Hall. Visit the START Bus website for more information on current bus schedules and fees.

How can I become an Usher?
A:
The best sound-track any volunteer job ever had! Over 100 dynamic music lovers join us each summer to welcome our patrons to our concerts. Our volunteer Usher corps assists patrons to their seats, hands out programs, takes tickets, and does whatever it takes to make certain the concert going experience is enjoyable and memorable for all. Can I bring my child to a concert?
A:

Children under the age of 6 are not permitted at Festival evening concerts.

Children and families of all ages are welcome to our FREE annual 6:15 Music Machine performance on July 29, 2008. No tickets required for this event.

Do you offer a senior discount?
A:

No. We do have many great promotions throughout the summer season, please call our box office today at 307.733.1128 to hear about our current promotions or visit our special offers page for more details.

Where can I eat dinner before the concert?
A:
Teton Village offers a variety of restaurants within walking distance of Walk Festival Hall. Visit our Lodging and Dining page for more information.

What is a Picnic Concert?
A:

Chamber Music Picnic Concerts take place every Wednesday evening through the summer season. Included in the price of your concert ticket is a boxed picnic dinner you can pick up and enjoy on our upper deck.

Wine, beer, water and other snacks are also available for purchase.

Do you have handicap access and seating?
A:

Yes, we offer ADA access through our upper deck. We have recently installed a new ADA lift designed to offer more seating options for your viewing pleasure. Please call the ticket office today at 307.733.1128 for more information.

We also have ADA listening devices available, please see an Usher for more information on concert evenings.

Is Walk Festival Hall available for rentals?
A:
