WINTER CONCERT SERIES
January - March, 2010
The Grand Teton Music Festival brings back its popular Winter Concert Series in which Festival Orchestra's musicians return in small ensembles to perform chamber music in Walk Festival Hall at the base of the ski slopes in Teton Village. With thoughtful programming, unbeatable talent, and an affordable ticket price (students free, adults only $10), it's the perfect event for first time concertgoers and seasoned classical music fans alike. Teton Village restaurants sweeten the deal with pre-concert dining offers exclusively for Festival ticket holders.
FEBRUARY 12, 2010 String Quartet
MARCH 20, 2010 The Steadfast Tin Soldier
MARCH 26, 2010 Woodwind Quintet with Piano
As always, the Grand Teton Music Festival's winter concerts are a vital component of the Festival's in-school education programs, bringing visiting artists into local classrooms. Each visiting ensemble will spend several days working with valley youngsters, from assemblies at area elementary schools to workshops with music students at the Jackson Hole Middle and High Schools.
