*Please note: Saturday Orchestra concerts begin at 6:00PM for the 2012 season, all other concerts remain at 8:00PM.

TICKET SERVICES
SINGLE TICKET EXCHANGE – Greater flexibility! Our “No Exchange” policy has changed—single ticket orders may now be exchanged for concerts of equal or lesser value for a $5 per ticket exchange fee.

MAILING & HANDLING FEE – There is a $3 fee per mailed ticket order.

SPECIAL PRICING – Discounts and special ticket programs include Student pricing (ages 6-18 or with valid ID), Local’s Rush Program ($10 tickets for area residents on select concerts), and Group Sales Discounts (parties of 12 or more).

CHILDREN – Ages 6 and up are welcome at evening concerts. Children under 6 are welcome at designated family and community concerts.

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY – A patron lift allows access to all three levels of Walk Festival Hall, and handicapped parking is also available. Please contact our ticket office to make advanced seating arrangements at 307-733-1128.
